Plasma Fibroblast

Look Great. Feel Amazing.

What is Plasma Fibroblast?

Plasma fibroblast therapy is an revolutionary aesthetic procedure that is an alternative to laser, injections, or surgical therapies to tighten and improve the appearance of skin.

How does plasma fibroblast work?

Plasma fibroblast therapy targets fibroblasts. These are collagen & elastin producing cells in the dermis, the layer of skin just below the outermost skin layer. Fibroblasts play an important role in helping skin wounds heal as well as maintaining skin firmness and tightness. Plasma therapy uses a pen like device that discharges a high frequency electric current to small areas of the skin. The plasma tip doesn’t directly touch the skin, but instead releases a targeted current jus above the skin. The hot current creates micro injuries in the skin’s layer.

The thermal disruption, from the plasma therapy:

  • Breaks down proteins in the skin

  • Encourages tissue regeneration and stimulates fibroblast activity

  • causes tissue contraction (tightening)

Does it hurt?

A topical numbing cream is applied to increase comfort when receiving plasma treatment.

Clients can resume normal activities almost immediately but will experience the following:

  • Swelling that can last 3-4 days post treatment

  • Itching

  • Heat and stinging, like a hot sunburn sensation after the treatment and for the rest of the day

  • Redness

Do I need to prep my skin prior to my treatment?

Yes, we highly recommend you prep your skin for at least 2 weeks with vitamin B & C to help with the healing post treatment.

Who is it for?
